NUM will be launching a release of its NUMROTO tool grinding software, version 4.0, at GrindTec 2018.

The release of NUMROTO software provides numerous features and enhancements. These include features for ball nose and corner radius tools, automated documentation of fully dimensioned wheel packages, and grinding spindle power monitoring to facilitate adaptive grinding on specific machines. The software’s 3D simulation facilities now offer coolant holes in the 3D blank and DXF comparison profiles, as well as a measurement mode.

First launched in 1987, NUMROTO software has become a choice for many of the world’s manufacturers of machines for the production and re-sharpening of tools such as end-mills, drills, step drills, form cutters and many others.
