WHEATON, IL, Oct 15, 2018 – RJN Group Inc. announces Paul Baginski, P.E. will fill the role of chief operating officer. As a former vice president and operations manager of a $200 million Fortune 500 corporation, Baginski holds the credentials to successfully navigate the company’s strategic expansion.
As chief operating officer, Baginski will focus on driving RJN’s growth, directing key market services, and leveraging advanced technologies for strategic client solutions.

Baginski is a seasoned business leader with more than 32 years of municipal and government industry experience. He brings a background in civil and environmental consulting along with large-scale operations insight, previously managing municipal programs of more than $250 million and multiple federal contracts up to $1 billion.
Baginski holds undergraduate degrees in both Environmental Studies and Civil Engineering from Rollins College and University of Colorado, respectively. He is a graduate of University of Chicago Business School for Finance for Executives and a member of the Society of American Military Engineers, American Council of Engineering Companies, and American Society of Civil Engineers.
