HxGN SMART Quality, which was previewed at HxGN LIVE 2017, provides a central hub to handle quality data throughout the product lifecycle. Using the open standard Advanced Quality Data Exchange Format (AQDEF), the software homogenises data from all kinds of measurement system across multiple facilities to provide a company-wide view of operations. Built-in statistical analysis tools offer multiple means of interrogating the data collected to generate actionable intelligence and improve decision-making. The software also provides an extensive set of resource management and workflow optimisation tools that helps integrate quality management activities seamlessly into day-to-day operations, and provides operators and managers with a means of proactively responding to the insight gained.
