In his role as vice president, Emre will leverage his experience, relationships and successful track record to lead Gilbane’s growth in the DC metro area. Mr. Ozcan most recently served as Senior Vice President for a national builder and brings a client-centric, collaborative and innovative approach to construction execution.
Mr. Ozcan brings experience in providing operational excellence, executing market repositioning and developing long-standing client relationships. With over 20 years in the industry, he has a proven track record of finding customized solutions to clients’ needs and building an engaging and collaborative workplace. Mr. Ozcan’s extensive experience in healthcare, corporate and institutional construction will enhance Gilbane’s ability to provide the highest quality service to our clients. Having worked with clients such as MD Anderson Cancer Center, Exxon Mobil, Bechtel, Baylor College of Medicine, Rice University and Texas A&M University; Emre has gained valuable insight into innovative strategies that can be leveraged across all of Gilbane’s key markets.

Mr. Ozcan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University, a Master of Science in Construction Management from Northeastern University, and a Master of Business Administration from Boston College.
