PRINCETON, NJ, May 22, 2019 – The Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA) and Viewpoint, a Trimble Company, have extended their agreement naming Viewpoint as CFMA’s Principal Partner of technology for an additional three years. Viewpoint first became a Principal Partner in 2012 and at the conclusion of this agreement they will have provided nine years of support, showing their extraordinary commitment to CFMA.
“CFMA is thrilled to have Viewpoint continue as our Principal Partner for construction software,” said CFMA president & CEO Stuart Binstock. “Viewpoint’s focus on connecting critical business functions like accounting and project management with field operations, which can be tailored to organizations of any size, is a huge benefit to our members.”
This partnership continues to provide CFMA members and chapters a partner that will offer objective insight and direction on technology solutions, regardless of their provider, while giving Viewpoint a grassroots-level insight into the technology needs of construction organizations, specifically those related to finance, accounting, and project management – the areas for which construction financial professionals are primarily responsible.
CFMA, headquartered in Princeton, NJ, is an individual membership organization and the only association dedicated to bringing together construction financial professionals and those partners serving their unique needs. CFMA provides invaluable resources and education to its more than 8,600 members and 98 chapters across North America. In cooperation with its affiliate organization, the Institute of Certified Construction Industry Financial Professionals (ICCIFP), CFMA promotes industry best practices and continuing education in support of its mission: To be essential to the growth and success of construction financial professionals.
