Gilbane Appoints Ed Green as Project Executive

WASHINGTON, DC, Nov 27, 2018 – Gilbane Building Company hired Ed Green as a project executive in the Washington, DC office. Over the last two years, Gilbane’s interiors team has grown by 80 percent. Ed was hired to support this growth by providing Gilbane’s clients with additional executive leadership. In his role, Ed will expand Gilbane’s building repositioning portfolio throughout the DC metro area, while focusing on exceptional client service.

Throughout his career, Ed has been responsible for a wide range of projects including interior fit-outs, lobby renovations, capital improvements and large-scale commercial office repositioning. His clients include law firms, government agencies, non-profits, Fortune 500 companies and commercial developers throughout Virginia, Maryland and Washington, DC. Additionally, he has extensive experience in contract management, scheduling, procurement, cost control and constructability analysis. Ed has been in the construction industry for over 30 years and earned a Bachelor of Architecture and Urban Studies from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
