John Deere to Use Matterport’s Digital Twin Platform

SUNNYVALE, CA, Jan 27, 2023 – Matterport, Inc., announced that John Deere has agreed to use Matterport’s Digital Twin Platform and 3D capture technology to build a virtual Operations Center for remote management of over 60 facilities across North America, South America, Europe, and Asia. Matterport’s platform creates simulated digital replicas of John Deere manufacturing facilities, where teams can remotely track progress, plan for site changes, and collaborate remotely.

NTN Launches Linear Motion Configurator by PARTsolutions

Dassault Expands Partnership with IBM

DAVOS, Switzerland, Jan 20, 2022 – Dassault Systèmes and IBM announced an extension of their long-standing collaboration with the signature of a memorandum of understanding combining their technologies to address the sustainability challenges affecting asset-intensive industries.

In 2022, sustainability was identified by 58% of Energy and Resources CEOs as their greatest challenge, with 51% of them also considering it as a business opportunity that will drive growth. Today companies are confronted with not only rising energy prices but also supply chain and operational disruptions.
