Vero Appoints Hiromi Chiba as Asia Pacific Marketing Manager

verosoftware_logoGLOUCESTERSHIRE, UK, Nov 13, 2015 – Vero Software has appointed Ms. Hiromi Chiba as Asia Pacific marketing manager. Ms. Chiba’s role will focus on leading the existing marketing group and nurturing partner relationships throughout the region.

Hiromi ChibaHaving previously worked for both SECO Tools Japan and SCHUNK Intec Ltd Tokyo, Ms. Chiba has extensive experience of the manufacturing industry and machine tool partners.

Ms. Chiba is also well qualified to work in an international environment, having graduated from Hokusei Gakuen University in English Literature in 1996.

Originally from Japan, Ms. Chiba has held a variety of roles such as English teacher, exhibition organiser and marketer but over the last eight years has extended her career to marketing roles within the machining industry. These roles have seen her manage many different marketing activities such as exhibition coordination, advertising, website management and writing press releases, as well as being a representative of the Japanese marketing team at Asia – Pacific group.

Ms. Chiba says, “I’m looking forward to developing Vero’s extensive marketing activities in APAC and driving collaboration with our parent company, Hexagon. I’m looking to develop our business opportunities with machine tool builders and cutting tool companies to create a complete solution for our customers’ manufacturing needs.”
