BOSTON, MA, Nov 21, 2014 – Richard Welch was recently named executive VP of customer satisfaction at Ipswitch Inc. In his new role, Richard will be responsible for handling customer success and improving customers’ end to end experience, including adoption, implementation and successful utilization of all of Ipswitch software products.

Previous to this he was the vice president customer services at DS SOLIDWORKS for 9 years where he was responsible for business operations including license administration, customer center, manufacturing and shipping, education services, technical support, field and implementation services, and subscription service.

Richard was not available for comment. It is not known if DS SOLIDWORKS has filled Richard’s position.
