The John I. Parcel-Lief J. Sverdrup Civil Engineering Management Award is given annually to a leader in the world of civil engineering management. ASCE selected Dr. Boulos from a pool of high-profile candidates “For his business leadership, entrepreneurship and philanthropy, and his management expertise and innovation at MWH Global and Innovyze.” The selection committee particularly noted his ability to unite, getting things done in collaborative and effective ways.
