mepcontent-logoBODEGRAVEN, Netherlands, July 8, 2015 – Grundfos, one of the world’s leading pump manufacturers, has published its products as a new manufacturer on MEPcontent. Circulation pumps from various series are now available for every MEP engineer on MEPcontent.

070815_MEPcontent-GrundfosOriginally a Danish company, Grundfos produces more than 16 million pump units a year and is currently represented in 55 countries. A number of their most frequently used pumps have recently been placed on MEPcontent.eu. There are 18 Revit Families available, which are subdivided into many types. There are a total of over 420 types available, divided into the following series: MAGNA1, MAGNA3, TPE2, TPE2D, TPE3, and TPE3D.

The addition of a well-known brand like Grundfos is a proof that MEPcontent.eu is known throughout Europe as the BIM content portal for MEP engineers. Grundfos recognizes the need and desire of the engineer to increasingly be able to design in BIM and Revit. That’s why Grundfos has chosen the standard that meets the needs of Grundfos and its users. Placing a first series of pumps is the precursor to more Grundfos content being placed on MEPcontent in the course of this year.

Justin Nijssen, sales engineer at Grundfos and contact person for this project, talks about the importance of MEPcontent for Grundfos: “MEPcontent makes it possible to uniformly offer our products on a central database, which every engineer can use for free. In this way, users get access to our most innovative circulation and transfer pumps that are available for use in Revit and AutoCAD.”
