BERLIN, Germany, Nov 2, 2015 – CADSoftTools has released CAD .NET 10.2, a library for .NET developers. It is a new version of the managed assembly for importing, creating, editing, visualizing and exporting CAD files. Supported CAD formats include AutoCAD DWG/DXF, PLT HPGL, CGM, GBR and others.
Now work with CAD files has become more efficient. Handling of text entities has been greatly improved. Texts can be divided into polylines which makes them more suitable for CNC processing.
The most prominent improvements included in CAD .NET 10.2:
- New demo project: Polylines,
- Reading AutoCAD file properties,
- Marker and PropertyGrid options added for CADText, CADMText,
- CGM export improved,
- Entities handling improved:
– CADText
– CADMText
– CADDimension
– CADAttdef
– CADAttrib - Grid color selection.
This CAD .NET build also includes a number of bug fixes for:
- DXF and TIFF import;
- PDF export;
- dimensions;
- blocks;
- attributes;
- raster images;
- line types.
