For second year in a row
EAST SYRACUSE, NY, Mar 8, 2016 – CADimensions, Inc., a local business in East Syracuse, was awarded the SOLIDWORKS Top Reseller Highest Customer Satisfaction in North America, 2015. This is the second consecutive year that CADimensions has been honored with this prestigious award.
Earlier this month, a team from CADimensions traveled to Dallas, Texas to attend the SOLIDWORKS World Convention. During the Convention, many awards are given out for various achievements; however, only one award was granted based purely on feedback from the SOLIDWORKS user community. Each year, SOLIDWORKS surveys all users to gather feedback on each customer’s interaction with their Value Added Reseller, the results of which are used to determine the recipient of this award. Although the award is given annually, it is rare for one company to receive it two years in a row. CADimensions also took home the prize for 2014.
Peter DiLaura, president of CADimensions, said of receiving the award, “Customer service has always been the top priority for us. Vice president of Operations, Gary McHugh, was excited to receive the Customer Service award for a second time for 2015. “We were very surprised and honored to win the award last year, and it gave us the confidence and motivation to win it again. We knew we would have a target on our back, so over the past 12 months we have spent countless hours strategizing and implementing new programs to make sure our customers are receiving best-in-class support and service. It’s very rewarding and humbling to see that our efforts paid off, and we are already back to work in an attempt to earn number three.”
In addition to winning the award for Highest Customer Satisfaction, CADimensions also received an award for being the Top Reseller in North America for SOLIDWORKS Subscription Service. They were also the proud recipients of some individual awards: Elite 190 Subscription Club (Kristen McSherry) and the 150 Sales Club (Adam Simons & Robert DiLaura).
SOLIDWORKS World is an annual event that brings together SOLIDWORKS users, resellers and employees for a week full of training, networking and a sneak peek at future releases. This year was highlighted by the announcement of SOLIDWORKS PCB, a printed circuit board design tool powered by Altium, the industry leader in PCB software.
