MALMÖ, Sweden, Oct 15, 2015 – BIMobject announces that the company will strengthen its management by recruiting Sven Holmgren as senior vice president and general counsel. Holmgren has previously had the role of chairman of the board of BIMobject and will start his new position on October 15, 2015. Sven Holmgren will keep his position as board member.
Sven Holmgren passed the law exam (LLM) at Lund university in 1989 and after two years of service, he worked for eight years as a legal expert and commercial lawyer at Lindahl Law Firm. Holmgren has since 1998 held different positions within the Volito Group, which is a privately owned Swedish investment company focused on real estate, production and aviation.
Holmgren started working 1998 as Senior Vice President at Indigo Aviation and later at Volito Aviation. Holmgren held the role of CEO for eight years at the parent company Volito AB. In addition to a long career in law and various management positions, Sven Holmgren has also been a board member of several companies with ties to the Volito Group. Holmgren has been chairman of the Board at BIMobject since 2013.
Sven Holmgren has substantial experience in investments, finance, commercial law and in leading operations. He is going to work in close collaboration with the CEO and manage large and complex business ventures.
