OTTAWA, Canada, Nov 8, 2019 – The Harris Operating Group of Constellation Software Inc. announced that it has completed the acquisition of BobCAD CAM Inc. (BobCAD), a CAD/CAM software company. BobCAD will be run as an independent business unit within Harris. Mr. Larry Pendleton, president of BobCAD has been named as executive vice president for BobCAD.
