PITTSBURGH, PA, Aug 8, 2022 – Ansys plans to reduce the environmental and climate impacts of its operations by measuring, analyzing, and reducing resource use. The simulation software provider’s goal is to reduce scope 1 and scope 2 emissions by 15% by 2027, compared with its current 2019 baseline. The company also extends its commitment through simulation solutions that help users minimize materials waste, improve circularity, accelerate product development processes, and minimize physical prototyping.
