SAN FRANCISCO, CA, Feb 20, 2019 – Jeffrey Fitzgerald, Ph.D., has been hired by Woolpert to be its managing director of strategic consulting. Fitzgerald held a similar position managing strategic advisory services for Jacobs, working at the engineering giant for more than 22 years. His most recent assignment was with LeighFisher, an aviation consulting practice and a subsidiary to Jacobs, serving as operations manager and executive director.

Fitzgerald attended Texas Tech and Texas A&M universities, earning a bachelor’s degree and doctorate in geography, and a master’s in interdisciplinary studies. He said he has developed a passion for asset management and helping organizations improve.
