CHESHIRE, UK, Mar 19, 2015 – Virtalis, the leading virtual reality (VR) company, has created a new senior management role and appointed David Francis, formerly head of process and systems change at Network Rail.

“As the head of client delivery, I am defining Virtalis’ end-to-end operating model and ensuring operation processes are joined up across the company from pre-sales to post-delivery,” explained Francis. “This will further enhance the quality of what Virtalis delivers and ensure excellent service to Virtalis’ burgeoning high-end, multi-national customer base.”

Married with four children, Francis is qualified in Change Management, Project Management and Process Excellence (Lean Six Sigma).
Francis said: “Virtalis has phenomenal Tech. It is mind-blowing! I am now getting to know the teams and joining up the pockets of excellence in a fully co-ordinated way. I was a developer at the Immigration Service and this has given me a useful understanding of how IT systems work. This is the first time I have worked outside a big organization and I am hoping that my impact will be swift, significant and beneficial.”
