Vectorworks 2016 Released in Chinese, Japanese

Vectorworks_newlogoCOLUMBIA, MD, Apr 11, 2016 – Global design and BIM software developer Vectorworks, Inc. announces the release of the Chinese and Japanese versions of its Vectorworks 2016 software line. Part of a worldwide roll out, these latest two versions join additional language releases over the past few months in English, Dutch, French, German, Polish, Italian, Norwegian, Spanish and Portuguese. The Vectorworks line of award-winning software products include Vectorworks Designer, Architect, Landmark, Spotlight and Fundamentals, as well as ESP Vision and Renderwork software.

A&A Co., Ltd., the distributor of Vectorworks software in Japan, released a Japanese-language version of the Vectorworks 2016 product line in January, complemented with launch events in five cities: Tokyo, Osaka, Fukuoka, Sendai and Sapporo. Vectorworks executives Sean Flaherty and Dr. Biplab Sarkar joined the events in Tokyo and Osaka to help spread the news of Vectorworks 2016 to the Japanese audience.

To support the Chinese-language release, Vectorworks’ distributor in China, Mad Macs Technology Distributions Limited, will host launch events in Shanghai (April 8, 2016), Beijing (April 12, 2016), Tianjin (April 13, 2016), Nanjing (April 15, 2016), Suzhou (May 8, 2016), Hangzhou (May 11, 2016), Wuhan (May 13, 2016), Chongqing (May 15, 2016), Guangzhou (May 17, 2016) and Shenzhen (May 19, 2016).

Attendees of launch events in China will have the opportunity to win giveaways, including t-shirts, jackets, pens and more. In addition, grand prize winners attending events at Shanghai, Beijing and Guangzhou will receive Vectorworks Fundamentals 2016 software licenses.
