TRACO POWER has introduced the TVN 3 and TVN 5 Series of isolated and fully regulated DC-DC converters.
The TVN 3 and TVN 5WI series merge the advantages of isolated DC/DC converters with linear regulators. 
The tightly regulated output voltage includes internal filtering to reduce ripple and noise to 10 mVp-p typ (can be reduced to 5 mVp-p with one 10 µF capacitor). Additional features include: I/O-isolation voltage of 1600 VDC: high efficiencies of 80-89%: -40°C to +90°C Operation; over voltage protection; under voltage shut down; and short circuit protection. These products are solutions for sensors, fine motion control and other analog circuits or low noise applications.
The 3 Watt / TVN 3 series come in a compact SIP-8 metal package with EN55032 Class A Emissions. The series consists of 36 models with input options of 4.5~13.2 / 9~18 / 18~36 / 36~75 Vin ranges and output voltages of 3.3 / 5 / 9 / 12 / 15 / 24 / ±5 / ±12 / ±15.
The 5 Watt / TVN 5WI series come in a six-side shielded DIP-24 with: EN 55032 class B emissions; remote on/off control; and output voltage trim (-10% to +20%). The series consists of 27 models with input options of 4.5~13.2 / 9~36 / 18~75 Vin ranges and output voltages of 3.3 / 5 / 9 / 12 / 15 / 24 / ±5 / ±12 / ±15.
