Thinkbox Hires Ben Minall to Head Sales for Europe, India

Thinkbox_logoLOS ANGELES, CA, Apr 5, 2016 – Thinkbox Software has added UK-based sales manager Ben Minall to its growing team to provide current and prospective customers in Europe and India with regional support. With a background in CG artistry and software engineering, Minall brings a comprehensive technical understanding of industry best practices and workflows, having managed also sales for both desktop- and cloud-based products.

Minall comes to Thinkbox from ftrack, where he grew the customer base from three to more than 200 in less than three years. He also spent nearly seven years with The Foundry, first searching for software bugs as a QA engineer and later as a NUKE demo artist. During that time, he co-founded Nukepedia, an in-depth resource for NUKE users still presently in use. Minall transitioned to the company’s sales side in 2010, handling European, South African and Indian territories.

Prior to Minall joining Thinkbox, Director of Sales Thomas Phariss handled European and Indian sales. Phariss now heads up Thinkbox sales globally, directly managing the North American, Australian and Asia markets.
