STAFFORDSHIRE, UK, Aug 18, 2015 – Theorem Solutions’ announced that Visualise 3D V18.2 for CATIA V5-Creo View users is ready for release and will be shipped with a range of new product features and enhancements.
Integrated within the CATIA application, V18.2 supports CATIA V5 R18-21, V5-6R2012- 2015 (R25).
Updates to the Recipe file function include two new additions to the recipe editor; the option to read PMI views, and an option that allows PMI geometry to be read to support construction geometry.
Other features and enhancements include improvements to PAN and ZOOM for captures on parts, support for model based definitions with the geometry populated correctly into sub-nodes, PMI color processing which includes color override, improved mass property support, and the inclusion of a default attribute filter, which includes an exclude capability has been provided.
The JT Add-on module has also been enhanced with improved configuration file and metadata support along with the save as alternative file format JT extended, so that parts files can now be zipped up and added to the output.
Theorem’s strategic partnerships with Dassault Systemes and PTC ensures that there is parallel development between the latest releases of CATIA V5, Creo View and Theorem’s Visualise 3D products, allowing Theorem to continue to provide data solutions to the CAD community.
