Sun Glo Plating Company has announced that it is now offering CNC machining services. Sun Glo, which was awarded merit during its last Nadcap Management Council Audit for chemical processing, according to Dave Brackenhamer, director of business development and spokesman for Sun-Glo Plating Company, has invested $1.6 million over the past year and a half in CNC equipment.
“We can offer quotes on small parts with high volume from two of our Swiss machines,” Brackenhamer explained, before adding, “We can quote your milled parts for any of our multiple vertical mills, along with a 500MM horizontal mill. We also have three dual spindle lathes with live tooling along with two large lathes able to turn a 36-inch diameter and 6-feet long piece. We currently are running two shifts, so turnaround of your parts will not be a problem. After we have them machined, we can then take them across our parking lot and electroplate, anodize, conversion coat, powder coat or wet paint them right here in our complex.”
Brackenhamer went on to point out that Sun Glo Plating Company has more than 30 years of experience providing expert advice for both small and industrial sized clients. Its team brings decades of experience in delivering a quality product for to clients.
