At the Fairfield Inn & Suites located in Williamstown, MA, Russell and Dawson was commissioned by 430 Main Hotels LLC, to provide integrated architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) services for the development of a 56,000 SQFT hotel with 95 rooms on a two-acre land. “We selected Russell and Dawson as design-build contractor and having them as single source responsibility benefitting us a lot.
