MTConnect Institute Calls for Speakers for [MC]2 Conference

mtconnect_logoMcLEAN, VA, Oct. 23, 2014 – The fourth annual [MC]2 Conference, hosted by the MTConnect Institute, will be held April 28-30, 2015, at the McCormick Place Conference Center in Chicago, IL. The MTConnect Institute has also issued a call for speakers, which is open until November 24, 2014.

mc2With the theme of “Enabling Digital Manufacturing,” the [MC]2 Conference is where thought leaders and industry insiders will gather to discuss the latest trends, key issues and innovative solutions to real world digital manufacturing opportunities for the rapidly expanding world of connected manufacturing.

“The connected world of digital manufacturing is here,” said Courtney Hill, president and chairman of the MTConnect Institute Board. “The fourth annual [MC]2 Conference will build on the tremendous success of our past conferences. It’s the place to connect with the people, technology and ideas that will propel your company into this digital age – the next industrial revolution.”

The two-and-a-half-day conference will feature keynote presentations, interactive panel discussions, demonstrations of the latest innovative manufacturing technologies and plenty of opportunities to network.

The MTConnect Institute is looking for speaker proposals that share a big idea, solve a novel problem, or provide insight into the future of digital manufacturing. Expertise in the following areas is especially desired: advanced manufacturing enterprise, big data analytics, cyber security, digital factory and sustainability. Proposals for 30-45 minute talks will be accepted until November 24, 2014.
