Kingman is the county seat of Mohave County. Its Wastewater Division operates and maintains two separate wastewater treatment and collection systems with 198 miles of publicly owned sewer mains and 2,997 manholes. Both plants treat about two million gallons per day and serve approximately 21,000 people.
