JETCAM Appoints Kent Franklin Technical Support Engineer

jetcam-logoTERRASSES DU PORT, Monaco, Sep 21, 2015 – JETCAM International s.a.r.l. announced that Kent Franklin has joined the company to support its US dealers and customers as a JETCAM technical support engineer.

Kent has accumulated 21 years of experience using and support JETCAM Expert, across a wide range of punching and profiling equipment. His role is focused on providing assistance to JETCAM’s dealer and customer base in the Americas and Canada, along with working with the JETCAM technical team on assisting with postprocessor development and testing of new product functionality.

Said Kent; “As a longstanding JETCAM user for many years it’s great to be on the other side of the fence, share my knowledge and help others. It’s very exciting to see what’s coming in the development process and get to learn and test it ahead of general releases.”

Added Martin Bailey, general manager says, “Kent has been able to hit the ground running because of his extensive experience, and we believe that he’ll help us further grow our reach and support into the North/South American and Canadian markets.”

Kent is employed by JETCAM’s US entity JETCAM USA Inc, and is based in Wisconsin.
