Brava makes it easy to view and collaborate on content and adds enhanced features like document compare, threaded discussions, robust redaction tools and more. The new version of Brava provides seamless integration of Brava’s Doc Merge capability within both IBM Content Navigator and IBM Case Manager. Doc Merge allows users to drag and drop page thumbnails from multiple files to create a new file – all while leaving original source files intact. Within Doc Merge, users can now also add banners, watermarks and version information, as well as access metadata for enhanced indexing of the new file. They can also create custom dialogs to suit specific business needs and custom plug-ins for a quicker Brava integration within the user interface.

Brava Enterprise 7.2 for IBM Content Navigator also:

  • Enables a faster, easier Brava plug-in configuration for IBM Content Navigator
  • Supports IBM Case Manager to allow users to view and compare files without leaving the Case Manager interface.
  • Enhances Film Strip view by giving users the option of either the HTML or ActiveX viewers, allowing users to more quickly and easily navigate through documents.

“These new capabilities demonstrate IGC’s alignment with the evolution of IBM Content Navigator,” said IGC CEO Gary Heath. “Brava provides IBM Content Navigator users a way to view, annotate, redact and publish in one easy interface – regardless of the content management system they are using.”
