GRAITEC Becomes Autodesk European Platinum VAR

Graitec_logoBIEVRES, France, Dec 3, 2014 – GRAITEC, an international software developer of BIM, CAD and structural analysis solutions across the AEC sector announced the signing of a Multiple Legal Entity agreement with Autodesk. This agreement allows GRAITEC to operate as an Autodesk VAR in the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Czech Republic, Poland and Romania with platinum status.

120314_GRAITEC_Autodesk_International_Platinum_VARTechnically, the UK subsidiary of GRAITEC will centralize purchases for the GRAITEC Group and will act as a purchasing entity to Autodesk and distributors. Existing GRAITEC local VAR contracts in Italy, Czech Republic and Poland (Robobat) will be replaced by the new platinum contract.

With Autodesk Platinum Status across Europe and as a long standing Autodesk Developer Network partner, GRAITEC is quickly achieving its ambition to become a leading global BIM provider and manufacturing partner delivering Autodesk first class solutions and GRAITEC technologies with proven expertise for helping customers quickly and successfully transition to BIM. This strategy is already positively impacting the UK, Czech Republic and Poland markets where growth is expected to be +60% for Y2014 (vs. Y2013) at 27,5 M€.

GRAITEC intends to leverage this successful experience and build on its customer confidence to accelerate BIM adoption in other Europe countries.
