As a result of the partnership, Geometric will leverage PDTec’s Collaboration Portal in its newly launched software GeometricEDGE. GeometricEDGE is an enterprise collaboration solution enabling design and engineering data exchange between OEMs, suppliers, and partners in global engineering projects. Collaboration Portal is a web-based platform that acts as a central data hub, enabling information flow and providing seamless support for collaboration in the product lifecycle.
The partnership includes an OEM reseller agreement under which Geometric will globally and exclusively offer the new solution GeometricEDGE. PDTec regards this partnership as an important milestone. Both companies will profit from the partnership by strengthening their individual positions as solution providers, especially for globally active companies in the automotive, aerospace and general machinery industries.
