DUBUQUE, IA, Apr 9, 2018 – Eagle Point Software Corp. began it’s 35th year in business on April 1, 2018. Eagle Point was founded by current President and CEO, John Biver and a single partner in 1983 in the basement of his Dubuque, IA home.
