Digimat Wins 2016 R&D 100 Award

MSC_Logo_portoNEWPORT BEACH, CA, Nov 8, 2016 – e-Xstream engineering, an MSC Software company announced that Digimat, the multi-scale material modeling platform, was recognized as the recipient for the 2016 R&D 100 Award. e-Xstream engineering developed Digimat virtual allowable (“VA”), – provides users with an embedded vertical solution specifically tailored for aerospace and automotive composites structures. Its breakthrough software solution uses advanced technology. Digimat changes the way composite structures are designed by drastically reducing the time and cost for obtaining composite material properties, and expanding the design space of possible layups. This allows users to achieve their design goals in a more efficient manner by creating a more optimized workflow.
