“I am looking forward to working more closely with our existing subsidiaries and resellers, while also developing new partnerships to continue Delcam’s sales growth in these important areas,” James commented.

James joined Delcam in January, 2011, as an applications engineer in the international support team. Before then, he had spent more than twenty years as a CADCAM engineer.

For the majority of that time James was self-employed, initially working on contract programming before switching to the supply of fully-machined components to the aerospace industry. He obtained the aerospace approvals AS/EN9100:2004 rev (B), ISO9001:2000 and AS/EN9102A, plus approval from Airbus UK for CNC machining for the company. His bureau is believed to still be the world’s smallest company to obtain these approvals.
