CAD DLL has been developed on the basis of CAD Image DLL, CAD Importer DLL and DXF Exporter DLL, three products that have already been successfully integrated in numerous projects by CADSoftTools customers.

CAD DLL opens and displays popular vector and raster drawing formats: AutoCAD DWG/DXF, DWF, HPGL, SVG, CGM etc. The library not only ensures high quality file import but also allows exporting drawings to both vector and raster formats. Moreover, the library provides users with easy access to entities properties of the drawing including coordinates, texts, layers, Xrefs and others.

CAD drawing visualization has become faster and more accurate. New functions providing more convenient work with drawings have been added to the library.

Besides, CAD DLL has automatic export to AutoCAD DWG/DXF and other CAD formats via Windows Metafile technology. Thanks to it now to export complex graphics from your application to DWG or DXF it is enough to write just a few lines of code.

The CAD DLL demo package includes demo applications for Visual C++, C#, Delphi, C++Builder, Visual Basic, ASP.NET and VB.NET.
