Building Systems Design to Launch SpecLink Cloud at A’17

BSD_Logo_NewATLANTA, GA, Apr 26, 2017 – Building Systems Design, (BSD) announced it will launch its newest product, SpecLink Cloud, to the more than 14,000 attendees at A’17, the American Institute of Architects’ annual conference, to be held in Orlando April 27-29.

SpecLink Cloud is a platform designed to simplify sharing and collaborating on building project specifications. Designed with the project team in mind, SpecLink Cloud enables architects, engineers and specifiers to share and review specifications with their constituents including owners, consultants and contractors. The solution is cloud-based and projects are accessible on any browser-enabled device with information organized on a central, secure platform. Customers also have complete control over who has access to that information. SpecLink Cloud is a companion tool to BSD’s popular SpecLink-E, the most advanced solution available today for specification writing and production.

“SpecLink Cloud gives our clients the power to quickly and easily view and share project specifications,” said Chris Anderson, BSD’s chief executive officer. “The quality of the end result is most important to our clients, and SpecLink Cloud will clarify communication and coordinate federated documentation. We’re confident this new tool, combined with our SpecLink-E software, will improve efficiencies and reduce redundancies and charge backs for our clients.”

The SpecLink Cloud platform simplifies collaboration by organizing reviewer comments in a central location, with easy access by every project team member. This significantly reduces the time needed to collect and aggregate feedback. Designed for building designers by building designers, SpecLink-E provides documentation for all types of projects and all phases of a project, from programming through construction administration. BSD’s team of experienced spec writers are continuously updating and refining the master content available on both SpecLink-E and SpecLink Cloud.

Demos of both SpecLink Cloud and SpecLink-E will be available at BSD’s booth 2869 at the AIA Conference A’17. Learn more and request a demo at http://www.bsdsoftlink.com/products.
