MALMÖ, Sweden, Oct 12, 2015 – BIMobject has signed Skanska’s lease to move to STUDIO in Malmö after it is completed. BIMobject will therefore relocate its headquarters in the autumn of 2016.
STUDIO, currently under construction by Skanska, is situated on Universitetsholmen in central Malmö and will become a unifying meeting place for the city’s and region’s commercial and industrial life.

“STUDIO doesn’t only give us necessary space to reach our full potential, the innovative architecture and future business activities in the building, match BIMobject’s high ambitions,” concludes Stefan Hansson.
The building is designed to facilitate spontaneous encounters and contribute to a creative and innovative atmosphere. Modern offices will be mixed with hotels, blackbox, public and social spaces such as restaurants, cafés and a skybar. The building is expected to be completed in the autumn of 2016 and rise to a total of 14 stories above ground.
