Balluff Releases Long Distance Photoelectric Measuring Sensors

Balluff has released a new family of long distance high resolution photoelectric measuring sensors. This sensor family enhances Balluff’s industry portfolio of photoelectric sensors, which includes all standard sensing modes, miniature sensors and a wide variety of housing sizes and materials. Configuration can be accomplished from the integrated pushbuttons for teachable set-points, hysteresis and response time. Utilizing time-of-flight measurement technology, the sensor is very reliable with & tolerant of difficult to target surfaces and materials.

The standard version is available in either voltage or current analog output while the universal version has both analog outputs, RS485 and two configurable discrete outputs.
