KRAILLING, Germany, Dec 4, 2017 – Additive Minds, the consulting unit of EOS, the world’s leading technology supplier in the field of industrial 3D printing of metals and polymers, has won two accolades for its outstanding consulting services at the “Best of Consulting 2017” awards, presented by German business magazine, WirtschaftsWoche.
EOS came third place in the “competitive strategy” category, and was also voted second for the special innovation award. The awards, now in its eight’s year, honors Germany’s best management consulting companies.

EOS impressed the panel of judges in both the “competitive strategy for clients” category and for the special innovation award. The judges evaluated the strategic positioning in a competitive environment and the potential for innovation. Here, the crucial point was the long-term relevance for the major part of the customers’ value chain.
EOS received the awards for implementing additive manufacturing at Linde and for developing an innovative application. The customer thus managed to establish and test new production and design expertise in the field of additive manufacturing within a very short period. In collaboration with EOS, Linde significantly and sustainably improved its competitive position.
In June, the EOS consulting unit was selected as ‘Top Consultant 2017’. “The recognition of our consulting services shows us that we are on the right track with our holistic approach.
