Additive Industries Partners with Benson, CMI Electronics

EINDHOVEN, Netherlands, SYDNEY, Australia and HAIFA, Israel, Sep 26, 2019 – Just prior to the start of the TCT UK 2019 exhibition in Birmingham, UK, Additive Industries has signed an agency agreement with two new agents. With the appointment of Benson Machines, a well-established company specializing in precision manufacturing solutions, and CMI Electronics Trading, an experienced aerospace and high tech industrial supplier for industrial metal 3D printing solutions and part printing services, Additive Industries is nearing completion of its global coverage.

Benson Machines will support Additive Industries in developing the Australian and New Zealand industrial markets in aerospace, automotive, medical and general machine building markets. “Based on the experience and market knowledge in precision manufacturing we have gained over more than 110 years and our active involvement in the development of the Additive Manufacturing Hub within AMTIL (Australian Manufacturing Technology Institute Ltd), we are well positioned to introduce Additive Industries and the MetalFAB1 system. CMI Electronics Trading will support Additive Industries in selling its MetalFAB1 industrial additive manufacturing system into the aerospace and high tech industry in Israel. “We are perfectly positioned to represent Additive Industries in Israel, based on our longstanding industry supplier relationships for machinery, materials and parts as well as our specific experience over recent years in selling metal Additive Manufacturing solutions and services”, said Moshe Cohen, President of CMI Electronics Trading. “With the help of CMI, we will gain access to important potential customers in key segments such as aerospace and high tech for our industrial metal additive manufacturing systems,” says Daan Kersten, co-founder & CEO of Additive Industries.
