Siemens Teamcenter, NX 5 Win China Press Awards

Teamcenter 2007 was honored with the “Golden Software” award by Software World, and NX 5 was honored with the “Product Innovation Award” by Manufacture Information Engineering of China (MIE China); “Best Choice Product Award” by e-works; and the “2007 Editor’s Choice Award” from E-Manufacturing and Aeronautical Manufacturing Technology. Siemens PLM Software also won e-works’ “Best Vendor Award.”

These awards honor industry-leading software that maintains strong innovative capabilities and value to customers. To select award recipients, the PLM industry’s software products were appraised by industry experts, government officials and entrepreneurs.

Software World is a leading IT publication media which focuses on the software industry. The “Golden Software” award recognizes best-in-class software which provides strong innovations capability and value to customers.

MIE China is under supervision of the Ministry of Science and Technology of China and is organized by the China Association of Productivity Promotion Centers. The awards honor best software in the PLM industry for strong innovative capabilities and value to customers.

E-Manufacturing is published by VOGEL and targets on manufacturing industry such as machinery, auto, aerospace and electronic appliances.

Aeronautical Manufacturing Technology is under supervision of China Aviation Industry Corporation. The two “2007 Editor’s Choice Awards” recognize PLM products of the higher quality, design and service to users.

e-works, an IT application portal for Chinese manufacturing enterprises, provides news, papers, cases, reports and reviews on IT products and solutions for the industry.
