ALLEN, TX, Jan 15, 2009 - QuadriSpace Corporation, a leading provider of 3D communication and documentation software, today announced Service Pack 3.

QuadriSpace today announced the release of Service Pack 3 for all products in the popular Document3D series. This update provides new capabilities, stability improvements and performance enhancements.

New support for publishing 3D PDF documents with embedded large models allows users to confidently leverage the powerful 3D PDF format for any documentation effort, large or small.
New tools allow users to import BOMs from CAD tools or PDM databases. Upon import, individual rows are associated with parts in a 3D model. This dramatically decreases the time required to create illustrations with callouts because QuadriSpace includes an integrated callout tool that makes it easy to add callouts that match and stay up-to-date with imported BOMs. BOMs are imported from the industry standard Excel format.
The current project working environment such as exact view position and document state are saved. This helps users to save time by resuming work exactly where they left off.
With SP3, save and load times are reduced allowing users to spend more time on documents, illustrations and animations and less time waiting on their computer.
