OPTIS Appoints Philippe Billaud as VP Finance
 TOULON, France,
Feb 27, 2008 – OPTIS has appointed Philippe Billaud, 51, as Vice President
Finance.
A Graduate of Ecole des Cadres (79) and CPA (86), Philippe Billaud has
held various positions in finance and management for over 10 years,
particularly in the areas of M & A and capital development.
 Between
1990 to 2007 he held the position of Chief Financial Officer and General
Secretary of ESI Group (worldwide leader in virtual prototyping software,
66M euros and 600 employees worldwide). Member of the executive committee
and on the board of directors, Philippe Billaud was notably responsible for
the setting up and organization of international operations and for
acquisitions. He joined OPTIS on the 1st January 2008.
