Vectorworks 2010 Portuguese Version Available in Brazil

COLUMBIA, MD, Nov 2, 2009 - Nemetschek North America is pleased to announce that a localized Portuguese 2010 version of Vectorworks Fundamentals and Renderworks software is now available in Brazil. Vectorworks Architect and Landmark software are expected to be released in January 2010.

"The 2010 version is definitely a mark in the Vectorworks evolution,” says David Oliveira, CEO of CAD Technology, the distributor of Nemetschek North America for Brazil and South America. “With a very well-resolved 2D/3D association and a host of impressive new features, we believe that this version will be well-received by Brazilian Vectorworks users.” “In addition,” continues Oliveira, “we are making demonstration videos of the new features in Portuguese, as well as hosting weekly webinars which will highlight the new features.”

The English-language versions of the Vectorworks 2010 product line were released in the U.S., Canada, U.K., Australia, New Zealand, and other international markets on September 15, 2009.

"Making Change Easy" is the theme for the Vectorworks 2010 product line. Building upon the integration of the Parasolid 3D modeling core in 2009, version 2010 is making change easy with the addition of bi-directional associativity features and an intuitive, easy-to-approach 3D modeling environment. These capabilities ensure that changes are intelligently reflected throughout the entire design which is a cornerstone for information modeling workflows in the building industry and beyond.
