India's Neilsoft, Barton Willmore Join for Urban Design
PUNE,
India, May 7, 2009 - Barton Willmore, a leading British planning and urban
design consultancy, has formed a partnership with Indian engineering company
Neilsoft in order to assist with the delivery of sustainable development
throughout India.
Barton Willmore will contribute extensive master planning and urban
design experience in international markets to the collaboration, with
particular emphasis on new settlements, urban renewal and extensions, mixed
use planning and public realm design – which will be known as Bwi:Neilsoft.
Neilsoft will bring local knowledge, engineering skills, technical
expertise and documentation skills, allowing the joint venture to offer a
combination of international and local knowledge to each project and client.
