Geometric Inducted into John Deere Supplier 'Hall of Fame'

HILLS, MI and MUMBAI,
India, June 17, 2008 - Geometric Americas, Inc., a subsidiary of Geometric

services and technologies was inducted into the supplier ‘Hall of Fame’ in
the John Deere Achieving Excellence Program. Geometric was also recognized
as a ‘Partner-level supplier’ for 2007 during the annual Achieving
Excellence Banquet held at the River Center in Davenport, IA.
Speaking after the event, Mike Felt, Illinois Delivery Center Head,

Hall of Fame status is given after a supplier attains ‘Partner-level’
recognition, Deere & Company’s highest supplier rating, for five consecutive
years. Suppliers who participate in the Achieving Excellence program are
evaluated annually in several key performance categories, including quality,
cost management, delivery, technical support and wavelength, which is a
measure of responsiveness. John Deere Supply Management created the program
in 1991 to provide a supplier evaluation and feedback process that promotes
continuous improvement.
