Prism Engineering to Sell InspectionXpert, Office2PDM
RALEIGH,
NC, Mar 22, 2010 - Extensible CAD Technologies today announced Prism
Engineering has begun offering both the InspectionXpert product line and
Office2PDM through the Extensible CAD Technologies reseller program. With
this agreement, Prism Engineering can now bring InspectionXpert quality
inspection productivity software to businesses of all sizes - particularly
in the aerospace & defense, medical device, automotive and contract
manufacturing industries-which enables users to generate quality inspection
reports for first-article and in-process inspections. Office2PDM is a
SolidWorks Enterprise PDM add-in that lets users interact with their EPDM
vault directly from inside Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. An EPDM
Dashboard in Microsoft Outlook provides an interactive view into the
workflows, states and transition dates of their EPDM vault data.
“As a member of the Extensible CAD reseller program, Prism Engineering
can help our customers dramatically increase productivity with
InspectionXpert and Office2PDM™. InspectionXpert will enable our
customers to lower their inspection costs and streamline their product
development process while Office2PDM will enable our customers to manage
their Office documents more efficiently within SolidWorks Enterprise PDM,”
said Chris Tarka, Vice President with Prism Engineering. “Our
customers are always looking to lower their costs, especially in the current
economy. InspectionXpert and Office2PDM help our customers achieve
this goal.”
“We are pleased to have Prism Engineering as a part of our reseller
program”, said Jeff Cope, President of Extensible CAD Technologies.
Prism Engineering’s extensive experience in technical software sales and
marketing will help us reach more customers who will benefit from using
InspectionXpert and Office2PDM.”
