Whether you perform this task today on paper or through the use of CAD software, LandSketch provides a set of tools geared towards producing design alternatives in a fraction of the time.

With support for multiple imagery formats, LandXML, and its connection to Google Earth, LandSketch allows designers to begin their conceptual designs by leveraging numerous forms of electronic data. Then, through intelligent sketching commands, streets and lots are easily laid out according to your own local agency requirements. Analyze multiple scenarios quickly by re-using design elements from other alternatives and utilizing real-time site statistics including lot density and rough earthwork. Once satisfied with your preliminary design, transfer the lot and street data digitally to your engineering design software, such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, to prepare final engineering plans.
