DENVER, CO, May 14, 2008 (ESPRIT World Conference 2008) - DP Technology announce at its annual user meeting that it had acquired Binaryspaces, a German software company specializing in CAM simulation.

The company has not issued a press release and at the time of this writing little additional information was forthcoming. Financial details will not be disclosed as both companies are private.

Members of Binaryspaces were welcomed onstage by DP CEO, Dan Frayssinet. Asked the total number of employees, DP would only say it was the seven employees on stage "but not too many more."
