UK, Sep 3, 2010 - Cutting Edge Solutions Ltd (CES), a leading UK Siemens PLM
Software Solutions Partner has proudly announced a merger with PRION UK Ltd,
part of the PRION international group of companies, a leader in the global
provision of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions and services.
Under the terms of the agreement PRION has acquired an equal share of CES
with additional future options. The new combined business, which will be based
in Leafield, Oxfordshire, creates a unique company able to offer a complete PLM
solution to businesses whether small, medium or enterprise.
