CSC Releases S-Frame v8 for Structural Analysis, Design
 LEEDS, UK,
Feb 22, 2008 - CSC is pleased to announce the release of the Structural Office
CD 8.0 which includes S-Frame v8.0 - free to all users with a current
maintenance contract. This release is a significant update dominated by the
following technical developments and ultimately commercial benefits.
- Enhanced FE tools including a new automatic quad and mixed quad/tri
meshing capability
- New member type - Line Integration Member - allows the user to
define and store a line of interest through the model to display and
recall key results
- Vibration analysis now calculates and reports the Modal Mass
- Support for Microsoft Windows Vista
 The
CD also includes the NEW S-Concrete post processor, single application
replacement for B-Sect, C-Sect and W-Sect.
Users with a current maintenance contract for any of these individual
packages receive S-Concrete as a free upgrade.
The S-Frame suite is technically excellent and provides you with total
flexibility for all your first principle analysis and design requirements. A
major benefit of S-Frame over other general purpose analysis packages is its
simple input of geometry and loading, rapid analysis and clear results.
